it has been wonderful this month working on a year of color with
kari. i have realized i really create a lot with blue. it is a color of such calmness for me.
with a deep coating of snow outside that doesn't seem to be melting the winter white and blue palette suit me very well.
i can't resist posting a few of the photos i have been taking. i have the whole weekend off with the promise of beautiful sunshine ahead. i'm dreaming of hours and hours in my studio with the boys gone on a winter scout campout. i'm smiling a bit...
Happy Birthday darling girl! I wish you many more!!

ReplyDeletehey julie,
ReplyDeleteI'm new to your blog through year of color ...... I am in love with your work, and just wanted to stop by and tell you so!
I am doing a plug on my blog tomorrow for year of color and I also included your info and a couple photos of your rings! Everything is just so beautiful and the presentation is well done!! xo
Well,I just read that it is your Birthday so I am wishing you the best! I absolutely love all your blue creations. They make me giddy! I finally had to admit that I have a turquoise/robin's egg blue/powder blue/splash of emerald green and red addiction. It was passed down from my mom and given to her from her mom! What can I do about? Make as much of life this colour as I can! Ha!
